Carey Olsen has promoted five lawyers into the partnership, including Matthew Brehaut and Louise Woolrich from the firm's Channel Islands practice teams.
The five promotions, which also include Kyle Masters, Sam Stevens and Jay Webster from the firm's Bermuda office, bring the total number of Partners across the Carey Olsen group to 68.
Matthew (pictured), who joined Carey Olsen's London office in 2016, is a member of the Guernsey corporate team.
He has considerable experience in corporate and investment funds matters, specialising in the structuring and launch of investment funds.
He advises managers, service providers and promoters on all aspects of the establishment, regulation and operation of fund vehicles.
Louise (pictured), a member of the Jersey dispute resolution and litigation practice, has been with Carey Olsen since 2011.
An experienced Advocate, she has a broad practice in commercial litigation, with significant experience in high-value contentious and semi-contentious trust matters.
Louise also acts in complex corporate and fund disputes.
