Carey Olsen has advised insurance company manager Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) on its acquisition of Robus Group from the Ardonagh Group.
Based in Guernsey and Gibraltar, Robus Group offers professional management services to captive insurers, open market insurers, reinsurers, insurance intermediaries, MGAs, ILS fund managers and other corporate entities.
The Carey Olsen corporate team served as principal counsel, advising on the Guernsey aspects of the transaction.
The team comprised Partner Chris Anderson, Senior Associate Arya Hashemi and Associates Tabitha Lepp, Lisa Bailey and Jennifer Mills.
Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
