Epiris invests in opportunities to transform businesses in partnership with management teams. The firm targets UK and international businesses with an enterprise value of between £75m and £500m.

Fund III has already deployed more than 20% of its total capital across four investments: Delinian, Lonestar, Pure Cremation and GSF.

The Carey Olsen team advising Epiris comprised Partner James Mulholland, Counsel Nienke Malan, Senior Associate Thomas MacAdie and Associate Edward Kelleher, working alongside onshore law firm Clifford Chance.
