Bedell Cristin in Guernsey has appointed Abi Houghton as an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team and Seth Botes as an Associate in the Corporate and Finance team.
After completing her law degree, Abi practised as a solicitor in London with Maddox Legal and Slater & Gordon Lawyers.
She has dealt with a broad range of commercial matters, including telecommunications, professional negligence and, more recently, collective actions.
Seth has moved from South Africa to Guernsey, having gathered experience across banking and finance, corporate and commercial and real estate.
For the past six months, he has worked for alternative legal services firm Exigent.
