Bedell Cristin has advised asset manager Augusta Ventures, which specialises in the litigation and dispute funding sector, on the Jersey law aspects of its latest £250m fundraising.
The oversubscribed fundraising was supported by Beach Point Capital Management, Magnetar Capital and Northleaf Capital Partners.
It means that Augusta Ventures – which operates from three head offices in London, Sydney and Toronto – now has assets under management of £585m.
Bedell Cristin's team was led by Partner Martin Paul, with assistance from Associates Gavin Coutts and Louise Ridgway.
