Jersey law firm Viberts has added to its family law team with the appointment of Advocate Emma Hollywood as a Senior Associate.
Emma's family law experience includes matters relating to children, family and divorce issues, and harassment applications.
Prior to joining Viberts, she worked for the Attorney General at the Law Officers Department.
Emma was called as a Jersey Advocate in 2008 and was appointed as the Advocate to represent the Minister for Children’s Service and Education, specialising in conducting complex high-profile multi-sibling public law cases.
In 2010, she was appointed as a Crown Advocate, representing the Attorney General on serious prosecutions in the Royal Court.
She was appointed a Senior Legal Adviser in 2018, prosecuting high-profile cases in the Royal Court.
