Jersey law firm Viberts has promoted 10 lawyers across its practice areas.
Advocate Giles Emmanuel (pictured) has been promoted to Partner within the firm's Litigation team, bringing the total number of partners in the firm to 12.
Giles joined the firm in 2019 as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2021.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in the legal sector supporting clients across dispute resolution, civil litigation, bankruptcy and trusts law, having previously worked for Benest & Syvret, Ogier and RBS International.
Meanwhile, Karla Summers-Shaw, from the firm’s Personal team, Corinne Holmes from the Litigation team, and Eleanor Colley and Oliver Hughes from the Corporate team have been promoted to Senior Associate.
In addition, Kiera Jones and Alexander Cohen from the Family team, Ashley Bidmead from the Personal team, Emily Paris-Hunter from the Property team and Chris Hendry from the Employment team have all been promoted to Associate.
