Jersey-based trust, corporate and fund administration services provider VG has appointed Kevin Cooper as Director of Operations.
In his new role, Kevin will oversee the development of VG’s business and projects to enhance the company’s operations.
He will also serve as the Director responsible for the performance of the operations, projects, tech transformation and ICT support services teams.
With a career spanning 30 years, Kevin has a long track record of strengthening operational efficiency and client experience across financial businesses.
He spent 11 years at Nautilus Trust Company, and later its 2016 acquirer First Names Group, where he played a key role in integrating new teams following acquisitions and streamlining internal processes.
His experience also includes senior roles in the Jersey office of the Bankers Trust Company of New York.
