Pan-island communication and regulatory technology business Vaiie has created a four-member advisory panel to provide strategic advice and input into the digital, financial and regulatory sectors.
Launched in January 2020 following a rebrand from Jersey Post Digital, Vaiie helps organisations integrate technology and operate more efficiently by digitising traditional practices and processes.
The company has been supporting financial services organisations to reduce costs and improve internal processes through the provision of regtech, communication and enterprise portals.
The new advisory panel includes:
• Aaron Chatterley, Co-Founder and former CEO of online beauty retailer Feelunique, and now an NED of Digital Jersey, Jersey Post Group and Gardening Direct
• Helen Hatton, former Deputy Director General of the Jersey Financial Services Commission, and now a senior board member for Jersey Post Group, KYC Worldwide, Sator Regulatory Consulting and the Anguilla Financial Services Commission
• John Gavey, Chief Operating Officer of the Jersey Financial Services Commission and former Chief Operating Officer of Aztec Group
• Ricky Magalhaes, Head of Offshore Security at Logicalis Jersey and an international cyber-security specialist.
The panel members will meet several times a year to provide advice and perspectives on Vaiie's products and services.
