Tracy Lewis and James Christie have been promoted to Directors on the board of Oak Fund Services (OFS).
OFS, formerly International Administration Group (IAG), was acquired by the Oak Group in May 2019 and has offices in Guernsey and Luxembourg.
Tracy joined Oak in 2017 and has more than 20 years’ experience in offshore fund administration, including spells at Northern Trust and Carey Group. She will take on the role of OFS’s Head of Operations.
James, who also has more than 20 years’ experience in fund administration, joined Oak in early 2020 having worked at Heritage and Estera.
In his new role, he will be responsible for managing client relationships for a portfolio of private equity and venture capital managers.
