An independent trust service provider, Entrust, has officially been launched in Jersey.
Led by Managing Director Emma Roberts (pictured), the team bring with them many years of experience in the sector.
Emma has held a number of directorships in Guernsey businesses, including Rothschild Trust and more recently Redwood Group and Consilia. Earlier in her career, she spent 11 years as a manager with Credit Suisse Trust.
She is joined at Entrust by Laura Kyle and Scott Cairney. Laura came to the new business from IQ-EQ, having previously served in trust management roles at First Names and Nautilus Trust.
Scott previously spent seven years with Kleinwort Hambros in Jersey, following five years with Link Asset Services.
Emma commented: "With many trust companies being acquired by larger competitors or by private equity, we have identified a wish among private clients and their advisers to work with independently owned fiduciaries. As an independent company, we are able to provide clients with a bespoke, director-led offering."
