Suntera Global has promoted Sharon De Mendonca to the role of Chief People Officer, based in Jersey.
Previously the group’s Global Head of HR, Sharon has more than 20 years in human resources. She joined Suntera in 2020, having spent three years as Hawksford's Global Head of People.
Prior to this, Sharon's Jersey career included seven years with IMT, nearly 10 with Ogier and, more recently, two and a half with First Names.
In addition, Suntera has appointed Ted Pepper to the role of Chief Risk Officer and Mark Reynolds to Chief Operating Officer. Both are based in the Isle of Man.
Formerly Managing Director of the group’s digital division, Ted will take responsibility for the governance, risk and compliance functions across the group.
Mark will retain his current role of MD of the Isle of Man office but, as Chief Operating Officer, will oversee Suntera’s global office network.
