Sovereign Group, a global provider of corporate, private client and retirement planning services, with operations in Guernsey, has acquired Middle East corporate services provider PRO Partner Group (PPG).
PPG operates in the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia, providing local knowledge to international corporations and investors looking to set up in the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Following the acquisition, PPG staff will remain in their existing offices and continue to operate under the PPG brand, except in Saudi Arabia, where PPG and Sovereign will co-brand.
The deal brings Sovereign's headcount in the Middle East and Africa to almost 200, and a presence in Oman and Qatar for the first time.
