Ocorian has appointed Simon Percival as Group Head of Corporate Development.
Simon will be responsible for the merger and acquisition strategy and implementation to help build the Ocorian business.
He joins from global fintech software company Finastra, where he has been Head of Corporate Development for the past three years, responsible for leading inorganic strategy and execution globally.
In addition to his corporate development roles, Simon has spent more than 13 years in investment banking, most recently as a Director with Quayle Munro, focusing on M&A in the financial technology sector.
