Carey Olsen Corporate Lawyer David Allen has been promoted to Counsel in the firm's Jersey office.
During his career, David has focused on mergers and acquisitions, international listings of Jersey companies and Jersey schemes of arrangement.
He has advised on the listing of Jersey companies in the UK, US and Chinese markets, including the recent listing of Sanne Group on the main board of the London Stock Exchange and Delphi Automotive on the New York Stock Exchange.
He also advised on the sales of FRM to Man Group and CPA Global to Cinven using Jersey schemes of arrangement.
David joined Carey Olsen in 2009, before which he practised corporate law at the London office of law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
