Saffery Champness Registered Fiduciaries has appointed Claire Bufton as Senior Finance Manager in the firm’s Guernsey office.
Claire will supervise the client accounting team in the office and help the finance director manage the firm’s internal financial reporting and the co-ordination of Guernsey-based annual financial statement audit processes.
The appointment marks a return to Saffery Champness for Claire. She held audit management roles between 2011 and 2019, prior to the firm’s divestment of its audit business in 2020.
She has spent the past two years with Grant Thornton as a Senior Audit Manager.
Her earlier career on the island included periods with Deloitte and CM Management Company.
