RBS International has appointed Amelia Phillips as Head of Alternatives Client Management and Sales in Luxembourg.
Amelia, who has more than 17 years’ experience in the finance sector, will be responsible for leading RBS International’s depositary function, accelerating growth and increasing client engagement in the market.
She will also oversee the transformation of the depositary service, ensuring the implementation of market-disrupting technologies in the non-traditional securities space.
Prior to her new role, Amelia was Vice President of BNY Mellon, which she joined in 2015, responsible for servicing the bank’s depositary clients.
She previously worked for US financial services business Brown Brothers Harriman.
Amelia has also worked with industry bodies, including the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry, to drive forward the depositary agenda and shape the future of depositary services.
