Ravenscroft Holdings has appointed Dominic Jones (pictured) as Non-Executive Chairman.
Dominic will take over from Stephen Lansdown in June, when Stephen retires from the board following the firm's AGM.
Stephen, who co-founded UK financial services firm Hargreaves Lansdown, has chaired the Ravenscroft board since June 2017 and will remain a majority shareholder.
Dominic will be the first Jersey resident to hold the position since Ravenscroft was founded in 2005. He has been involved with the group as a Director since 2008 and joined the Ravenscroft Holdings board in 2014.
An English and French qualified lawyer, Dominic has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, including nine as a Partner of Mourant and three as MD of Alter Domus.
He is currently CEO of JPRestaurants and has served on several other boards, including Nordic Capital.
Also joining the Ravenscroft board is Richard Collenette, who joins immediately as a non-independent NED representing the interests of the Lansdown family office Pula. A qualified accountant, Richard joined Pula in 2016 and became CEO three years later.
Finally, Mary Theresa Kingston has become an independent NED. A specialist in marketing and client communications, she has served as Marketing Director of Hargreaves Lansdown since 2013 and will join the Ravenscroft board from 1 June.
