PwC has made three appointments across the Channel Islands.
Gerlind Smith has joined as Human Capital Director, based in Jersey. She has been with PwC for 21 years, having relocated to the islands from Johannesburg. Most recently, she had responsibility for the entire human capital function of PwC across East, West and Southern Africa.
Alexandra McInnes rejoins the firm as a Director leading PwC's Guernsey Advisory business, having trained with PwC in London in 2004. Born in Guernsey, she returns to the island after over 15 years working with financial services clients in London, New York and Bermuda. She specialises in supporting clients through change.
Charlotte Beattie also rejoins PwC as Tax Senior Manager based in Guernsey. Having originally joined the firm in London in 2007, she has gained extensive experience providing UK and international tax advice to businesses and leading restructuring projects. Charlotte's focus in recent years has been leading Brexit projects for financial services businesses and working with the fintech sector on the tax and business challenges they face.
