Preston Legal appoints three

Sarah Hope, Clare Nicolle and Kirsten Rowe_PrestonLegal_may22Jersey-based firm Preston Legal has appointed Clare Nicolle, Sarah Hope and Kirsten Rowe to its estate planning and capacity practice. 

All three join from Voisin Law, bringing experience in will drafting, succession planning and probate applications for local and international clients. They have also advised on capacity-related matters such as the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and delegations.

Clare joins the firm as Partner, having spent the past four years as a Partner at Voisin Law. Prior to joining Voisin as Head of Wills and Estates in 2016, Clare spent 13 years with Collas Crill.

She is an Advocate and current Chair of the Law Society's sub-committee on succession and capacity matters.

Sarah joins Preston Legal as a Chartered Legal Executive, having served in a similar role at Voisin since 2012. Earlier in her career, she held legal secretary roles with Carey Olsen, Clarke & Son and Phillips Solicitors.

Finally, Kirsten joins as a CILEx Paralegal, having spent the past seven years as a Probate Assistant at Voisin. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives.
