PraxisIFM has named Cees Krijgsman (pictured) as its new Group Chief Executive, following the announcement by current CEO Simon Thornton that he is to retire.
Netherlands-born Cees is currently CEO of InAdmin RiskCo, the group’s technology-led pension administration business.
He has worked at senior level for technology-led companies since 1991. He joined InAdmin RiskCo in 2013 and has led its strategic development into a pensions administration outsourcing company with blue-chip clients including Aon, United Pensions and Hewlett-Packard.
He has also served as Non-Executive Director for Energy Project Finance, Paris-based electric vehicles specialist Fullcharger and Rotterdam-based software firm Essentium.
Simon Thornton will remain as a Group Director within PraxisIFM to facilitate the handover to Cees over the next six months. He joined the group in 1992 and has been CEO for the past 19 years, overseeing its listing on The International Stock Exchange in April 2017.
