PraxisIFM Group has named Peter Gillson as a Non-Executive Director on its board.
Peter also serves as an NED of the group’s largest shareholder, the Financial Services Opportunities Investment Fund (FSOIF), and will represent the fund on the PraxisIFM board.
He co-founded administration company International Private Equity Services (IPES) and retains several directorships of private equity funds.
Peter also worked as a Deputy of the Guernsey States of Deliberation, holding several positions, and is an Associate of ICSA: The Chartered Governance Institute.
