PraxisIFM has made three board appointments and several senior promotions across its Channel Islands offices.
At board level, Blane Queripel, who has been with the firm since 2006, has taken the role of Director, PraxisIFM Trust (Guernsey). Meanwhile, Josh Farrow, who has been Associate Director for the past two years, becomes Funds Director/Head of Funds, Praxis Fund Services (Jersey), and Barbara McDonald moves to Operations Director, PraxisIFM Trust (Jersey).
In Guernsey, Praxis Fund Services has promoted Matt Falla to Associate Director, Corporate Secretarial. Matt joined PraxisIFM in 2011 and will continue to lead the corporate secretarial team and advise client boards on a range of corporate strategies and structures.
Gavin Le Page has been promoted to Associate Director, Financial Reporting. Gavin has more than 15 years' experience in the sector, having previously worked at Ipes before joining Praxis Fund Services in 2009.
PraxisIFM Trust (Guernsey) has promoted Tom Strawbridge to Associate Director, Client Administration. He has worked for the group for 12 years and leads the client administration teams within Private Client and Corporate Services.
Also in Guernsey, Preston Wu has been named Group Associate Finance Director, having served as Group Financial Controller since August 2019. He oversees management accounting functions and provides in-depth financial analysis and opinions to the group’s executive committee.
And Shona Darling has been promoted to Group Company Secretary. Following 18 years’ within the Scottish finance industry, Shona joined PraxisIFM in 2010 and is responsible for all company secretarial matters relating to PraxisIFM Group.
Meanwhile in Jersey, PraxisIFM Trust has promoted Jamie Rose to Associate Director, Client Accounting. He originally joined PraxisIFM in Jersey in 2017. And Mandy Greenfield has been promoted to Group Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager, having worked for the company for the past six years.
