Financial services group PraxisIFM has completed its acquisition of Amsterdam-based Private Equity Services Group (PES).
PES is a boutique fiduciary group servicing alternative investment funds and international business clients with management, domiciliation, administrative, corporate and fund service solutions. As well as the Netherlands, it has offices in Anguilla, Barbados and Curaçoa.
According to PraxisIFM, the acquisition – announced last November and completed on 30 March – forms part of its plans to make the Netherlands one of its main European hubs.
Eighteen fiduciary specialists will join PraxisIFM Netherlands in Amsterdam, taking that team's headcount to 30.
