PraxisIFM has appointed Peter Bruges to the newly created role of Group Finance Director.
Peter will oversee the group's financial reporting, corporate governance and corporate finance, as well as supporting the development and expansion of the business.
He has held senior finance, IT and programme management roles in the retail and finance sectors. He has served as Head of Internal Audit and Programme Management at Specsavers, moving on to Terra Firma Capital Management to establish the Guernsey office as Finance and Operations Director.
Peter has also held CFO roles with The Channel Islands Co-operative Society and Hark Capital, a family office, for whom he remains on the investment committee for family trusts.
He joins PraxisIFM from investment specialist Energy Growth Momentum, where he has been Director and Financial Controller for the past year.
