Private Wealth specialist Catherine Moore has joined Ogier as a Partner in Guernsey.
A Guernsey Advocate, Catherine's practice covers non-contentious as well as contentious matters related to private wealth structures.
She works with fiduciary service providers and high-net-worth individuals on the island and internationally, advising on the creation, administration and reorganisation of trusts, foundations and corporate structures, as well as regulatory matters and pension and succession advice.
This marks a return to Ogier for Catherine, who trained with the firm from 2008 before moving to Mourant as an Associate in September 2014. She went on to become Senior Associate and Counsel at Mourant.
