Ogier's legal and corporate and fiduciary teams in Jersey have advised on the combination of lithium businesses Livent and Allkem to form Arcadium Lithium, one of the largest integrated producers of lithium chemicals in the world.

The transaction involved the establishment of Arcadium Lithium, a Jersey-incorporated company, which now serves as the main global holding vehicle for the group's operations across the world.

It has facilities in Argentina, Australia, Canada, China, Japan, the UK and US.
