Ocorian has added to its European and UK business development team with the appointments of Andrew Stewart, Chris Mayfield, Natasha Head, Vivienne Fitzpatrick and William Turmann as Business Development Directors.
With specialisms in corporate services and direct lending, infrastructure, venture capital, real estate and debt funds, the new appointments broaden Ocorian's global expertise across private equity and listed funds, capital markets and private clients.
Andrew (pictured) has more than 30 years' experience providing financial and administration support to alternative investment and listed funds in EMEA, North America and Asia. He joins having most recently served as Executive Director at MUFG Investor Services and Executive Vice President at the Citco Group.
Chris joins from Vistra and works with Ocorian's client-facing teams to drive the commercial growth of the group's corporate services across the UK and European markets. He brings with him more than 20 years of commercial experience and has also owned, managed and exited small businesses of his own in the UK and Europe.
Vivienne (pictured) has more than 15 years of banking and funds experience, having held senior business development roles at JP Morgan (London), Barclays Capital (Asia), and State Street. She specialises in helping clients accelerate their business growth with a scaleable outsourced support model.
Natasha joins Ocorian to support the growth of the business in alternative investments in the UK and Europe. With 10 years' experience in alternatives, Natasha joins from Maitland. She has provided custody solutions to managed account structures and fund administration to venture capital and private equity managers.
Finally, William joins from Société Générale Luxembourg, where he served as Vice President. Based in Luxembourg, William provides integrated investment solutions for asset managers and will focus on the acquisition of funds and corporate clients.
