Channel Islands distribution company Mercury Distribution has acquired Jersey Vending Services (JVS).
The business will join Mercury as a going concern, retaining existing staff and contracts.
The move will allow Mercury to supply Jersey and Guernsey hospitality, retail, corporate and healthcare sectors with a range of vending machines offering hot drinks and snacks, as well as specialty coffee and water solutions.
Commercial Director Joel Richardson commented: “We are thriled that Dave Crabtree and the JVS team are now part of the Mercury family, and we will be able to offer these additional products and services to our customers in Jersey and Guernsey.”
