LV Care Group, the provider of care services in Jersey and the Isle of Man, has promoted Tracey Gentry from Care Manager to the newly formed role of Clinical Director for the group.
Tracey joined the LV Care Group in 2019 and has a 25-year career in the sector, managing large care homes in the UK and specialising in residential, dementia, adult learning and disability care.
She opened Le Petit Bosquet care home in Jersey in 2019 and currently manages St Joseph’s on the island.
As Clinical Director, Tracey will be responsible for devising strategies and plans for all LV care homes in Jersey and the Isle of Man in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer.
She will also work with the registered home care managers of the group to ensure compliancy with Jersey Care Commission standards.
