Jersey-based KIT Consulting has merged with UK-based management consultancy Elixirr.
KIT Founder and CEO Emiko Caerlewy-Smith has become a Partner at Elixirr, while Jane Flemmer and Amy King have joined as Principal and Manager, respectively.
KIT Consulting has become the Jersey branch of Elixirr.
With 20 years of financial services and consulting experience, Emiko has held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group and PwC. Most recently, she was Channel Islands COO of Barclays.
In 2018, Emiko left Barclays to set up KIT, which has worked with global financial services clients to embed ESG and sustainability strategies into their business.
In a statement Elixirr said: "Emiko’s appointment broadens our ESG and financial services expertise, but also expands our presence in Jersey.
"With the inception of Elixirr Consulting (Jersey), which will become a direct subsidiary of Elixirr International, we will be able to grow new and existing relationships with clients in the Channel Islands, other offshore finance centres and across the globe."
Elixirr Marketing Manager Olivia Singer added: "The entire team from KIT has joined Elixirr and will deliver services to clients, including from their previous KIT relationships, as Elixirr employees, with support from the broader Elixirr team. The KIT legal entity will be closed and has not been acquired by Elixirr."
