Fund, corporate and private client services provider JTC has been granted a licence to provide corporate services in Abu Dhabi, as the company continues to build its Middle East proposition.
The licence has been awarded by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), an international financial freezone in the city.
It is effective immediately and enables the firm to provide a broad range of services as a licensed corporate service provider, including the formation of companies and foundations and supporting services to meet the needs of JTC’s international client and intermediary base.
JTC has also opened a new office in the ADGM, which will be overseen by Naro Zimmerman (pictured), who was recently appointed Head of JTC’s UAE operation.
The company has operated an office in Dubai since 2018.
