The Jersey Financial Services Commission has appointed Alexis Dolling to the position of Executive Director of People and Culture.
Alexis is an established executive with commercial, HR, leadership and operational experience from her career in the financial services and retail sectors.
She has spent the past 11 years with HSBC, formerly as Head of HR for its UK Retail Bank and more recently as Chief Operating Officer for the Wealth and Personal Banking division of HSBC in the Channel Islands and Europe.
Before joining the bank, she spent 24 years with McDonald's in various customer services roles.
At the JFSC, Alexis will lead the Commission's People Strategy and provide its Executive team with organisational effectiveness and employee engagement support.
