The Jersey Financial Services Commission has announced its next sector-specific webinar covering the findings and recommendations of the National Risk Assessment report in October 2020.
The webinar, which will focus on lawyers, will take place on Wednesday 17 March at 14:00.
The hour-long session will be hosted by Caroline Morgan, the Commission's International and Industry Engagement Coordinator, who will be joined by Pia Holm, a Senior Adviser from the Policy team and an industry representative from the original assessment working group.
The webinar will cover:
• What the National Risk Assessment means for lawyers in terms of risks/threats/vulnerabilities
• What action the JFSC will be taking following the assessment
• What action the JFSC expects lawyers to be taking
• What this means for interactions with supervisors
