IQ-EQ has recruited Joanna Macleod as its Group Chief Operating Officer, based in London.
Macleod will lead IQ-EQ’s global operations across all 24 jurisdictions. She will be responsible for ensuring the business has a sustainable, compliant operating platform in place for further expansion.
Joanna will work with IQ-EQ’s Chief Technology Officer, Chris Robinson, to deliver technology enablement across platforms, capabilities and client-facing apps.
A Chartered Accountant originally from Scotland, Joanna has more than 20 years’ experience delivering change in large global service organisations.
Before joining IQ-EQ, she served as Chief Transformation Officer for American Express Global Business Travel. Earlier in her career, she worked for KPMG (including two years in New Zealand), Telecom New Zealand, Dell and customer experience specialist Sitel.
