IQ-EQ has named Matt Okolita as its Global Head of Outsourced Business Services, based in the US.
Matt has spent the past six years as Managing Director of regulatory, compliance and governance consultancy Greyline Partners, which was acquired by IQ-EQ in November 2021.
His career has also included senior roles with Duff & Phelps, Highland Capital Management and NewStar Financial.
In his newly created position at IQ-EQ, Matt will report to Mark Fordyce, Regional CEO, Americas, and join the firm's US executive leadership team.
He will play a key part in an expanding area for IQ-EQ, providing outsourced solutions to fill personnel and resource gaps.
