Hawksford and London-based law firm Edwin Coe are to host a webinar next week looking at cross-border wealth structuring for global Indian families.
Hawksford Director Michael Powell, who also leads the firm's India desk, will co-host the event on 5 August with Edwin Coe Tax Partner Hetal Sanghvi (pictured).

The panellists
Michael Powell, who is based in Jersey, has more than 30 years’ experience of working with families, young entrepreneurs and the inherited wealthy. He has helped establish, administer and help clients on a wide range of specialist structures, including managed trust companies, private trust companies, family office services and UK tax planning.
Hetal Sanghvi leads the India team for Edwin Coe. She has substantial experience in dealing with HMRC investigations, offshore disclosures and providing tax advice to HNW and UHNW private clients. She helps identify tax-efficient planning opportunities for clients as part of a process to regularise their tax affairs.
