Hand Picked Hotels has completed its acquisition of three hotels across the Channel Islands, including the Fermain Valley and Ziggurat hotels in Guernsey and the Braye Beach Hotel in Alderney.
The acquisition takes the group's portfolio to 22 hotels across the UK and Channel Islands.
Fermain Valley, an established resort hotel in St Peter Port, has 49 bedrooms, swimming pool, private cinema and three restaurants. Ziggurat, a boutique hotel, has 14 bedrooms and is located in the centre of St Peter Port.
Braye Beach Hotel in Alderney, the only four-star hotel on the island, offers 27 bedrooms and a selection of restaurants and bars.
