The promotions, effective from 1 January, comprise four new Senior Associates – Nienke Malan and Ashley Morrison in Jersey, and Vaishali Gupta and Nina Silva in the London office.

Vaishali provides advice on Guernsey corporate law from the firm's London office, specialising in banking and finance transactions. She regularly advises corporate and financial institutions on structured finance, financial restructurings and fund-related finance transactions, as well as general corporate matters and fund formations.
Finally, Nina is a member of the trusts and private wealth group in London.
