Financial services business Fiduchi has appointed Tom Hicks as Executive Director to lead the expansion of the firm's employee incentives business across each of its jurisdictions – Jersey, Dubai and the City of London.
Tom has spent the majority of his Jersey-based career in employee incentives, primarily in the provision of trusteeship and administration services to a broad cross-section of clients, including multinational FTSE 100 and FTSE 350 companies and SMEs.
This has included two periods with Appleby – as a Senior Client Manager from 2004 to 2011 and, more recently, as Director and Head of Employee Incentives. In between, Tom spent more than seven years with Sanne.
In his new role, Tom will use his experience in leadership roles and professional adviser partnerships to drive Fiduchi’s expansion in the employee incentives sector.
