Deloitte has promoted Kathryn Wintle to the role of Director, and appointed Harry Lawson as Senior Manager, within its tax team in Jersey.
Kathryn joined Deloitte in 2003 and has been promoted to Director with day-to-day client and market responsibility for managing the Jersey tax practice and its real estate, international tax and reporting, private client and domestic tax specialist teams.
With more than 15 years' experience advising on corporate and international tax matters for UK and Jersey property groups, international financing structures and international partnerships, she has extensive knowledge in corporate, partnership and personal tax compliance, as well as structuring and M&A transactions.
Kathryn also sits on the tax sub-group of the Jersey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants.
With more than 35 years’ private client and wealth management experience, Harry joins Deloitte from Equiom, where he has been a Senior Tax Consultant for the past two years. Earlier in his career, he spent 25 years as a Tax Manager in HM Revenue & Customs.
In his new role, he will have primary responsibility for private client and wealth management taxation matters within the local tax team, working with fiduciary and corporate service providers and Deloitte’s UK and international tax practices.
