Channel Islands law firm Collas Crill has created two new partners.
They are dispute resolution specialist Danny Le Maistre in Jersey and property expert Paul Nettleship in Guernsey.
In addition, in Jersey Dan Boxall has become 'of Counsel', a title reserved for senior lawyers who have chosen to concentrate on the more technical aspects of their profession, which is on a par with the role of partner.
In Guernsey Susan O'Leary has also been promoted to Senior Associate.
Collas Crill's managing partner, Jason Romer, said: "We are delighted to start 2013 by recognising 'home grown' talent in four senior appointments.

Danny Le Maistre joined the firm in 2009, having qualified as a Barrister in 2001 and Jersey Advocate in 2004. He has also spent time working in Grand Cayman, where he was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law. Danny undertakes a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters, specialising in trust litigation, contentious fund matters and fraud-related claims.
In 2012 Danny successfully defended the Jersey Evening Post against a claim for damages for libel brought by two local politicians in respect of a satirical seasonal cartoon commissioned by Broadlands, a firm of estate agents, and published in the JEP.
Paul Nettleship joined Collas Crill in 2002, having qualified as a Barrister in 2004, and a Guernsey Advocate in 2008. He specialises in residential and commercial property and is heavily involved in advising high net worth clients looking to move to Guernsey from the UK and other jurisdictions.
Paul continues to act for a number of commercial landlords and developers on the Island, as well as advising banks in relation to security. In addition he has recently given a number of talks to various institutions and organizations regarding the recent changes to Guernsey's inheritance laws.
Dan Boxall joined Collas Crill in 2003 and qualified as a Barrister in 2006. He is a dispute resolution specialist who works on commercial and trust-related matters.
As well as acting for beneficiaries and trustees of trusts across a broad sweep of high-value actions, in 2012 Dan continued to be heavily engaged in advising the executor of the complex estate of a local businessman. The case established the formulation of a procedure for the administration of insolvent estates with Collas Crill leading that process.
Susan O'Leary joined Collas the firm in 2009. Her commercial practice is wide-ranging and she has significant experience in banking and investment funds and a particular interest and specialism in e-gaming. The firm's gaming team was recently awarded the title of Gaming Law Firm of the Year 2012, Guernsey, by Finance Monthly.
