Collas Crill makes three appointments

LUCY-DIGGLECollas Crill has made three senior appointments to its Jersey office. Lucy Diggle and Sam Williams have been named Senior Associates and Lynne Calder has joined as an Associate. 

Lucy (pictured) is based in the firm's fiduciary department and advises trustees and private individuals, both locally and internationally, on all aspects of Jersey trusts law.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2005, she spent more than five and a half years with London and regional firms, including Cripps Harries Hall, Speechly Bircham and Charles Russell, specialising in international trusts and estate disputes.

In 2011 she moved to Mourant Ozannes in the Cayman Islands, expanding her practice to include contentious and non-contentious international trusts and private client work.

SAM-WILLIAMSSam joins the firm's dispute resolution practice area having previously worked for international law firm Simmons & Simmons before relocating to Jersey in 2012.

A Jersey advocate, Sam's litigation practice includes complex and cross-border commercial litigation and court applications, with an emphasis on contentious trusts and corporate disputes.  

New Associate Lynne has also joined the firm's dispute resolution department, having previously worked for DLA Piper, DWF and Dundas and Wilson (now CMS Cameron McKenna) in Scotland.
