Collas Crill has named Gavin Renault as its new Head of Conveyancing within its Jersey office.
Gavin joins from Mourant, where he has spent almost 10 years, the past five as Head of Property Jersey.
He has over 40 years’ experience in Jersey property law and has managed numerous property teams over the past three decades, acting for both buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties.
He has extensive experience of dealing with development transactions, as well as acting for borrowers and lenders alike.
