Collas Crill has appointed Louise Cram to the role of Chief Operating Officer, based in Jersey, taking overall responsibility for service delivery across business development and marketing, HR, IT and facilities management.
Louise has served as Group HR Director at the firm for more than seven years and sits on the strategy board and management committee.
Over a 30-year career, she has spent time with HSBC in Edinburgh, UBS Warburg in Maastricht and Royal Bank of Scotland. More recently, Louise spent almost five years as HR Director for Standard Bank Offshore in Jersey.
She has also acted as a Panel Member of the Jersey Employment Tribunal for the past nine years.
