As part of its new year promotions round, Collas Crill has promoted two of its Senior Associates, James Tee (pictured far right) and Sam Williams, to Of Counsel within its Channel Islands' offices.
James has been with Collas Crill since 2006 and works within the Guernsey-based Dispute Resolution team, specialising in all matters relating to Guernsey Court processes and procedures.
Sam is based in Jersey and joined the firm in 2016 after relocating to Jersey in 2012. His primary area of work is also within the Dispute Resolution department, and he contributes to the STEP Contentious Trusts Forum.
