Collas Crill has advised TEAM Asset Management on the placing of its shares and admission of its shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
TEAM, a Jersey-based fund manager, currently provides discretionary and advisory portfolio management services to private clients, trusts and charities.
The firm intends to target professional and retail clients through its discretionary and advisory investment management services, using organic growth and a buy-and-build strategy.
Working with English counsel Osborne Clarke, Collas Crill provided Jersey legal support throughout the process with a team led by Jersey Group Partner Mike Williams and Of Counsel Fiona Wilson, assisted by Group Partner Sam Sturrock and Associate Alex Wileman-Smith.
A total of 8,523,334 shares were subscribed for in connection with the placing and TEAM intends to use the proceeds to fund acquisitions.
