Collas Crill's UK real estate team has acted for Vizuality Studios UK on the lease of its first chain of virtual reality arenas, designed for professional and corporate use.
Vizuality, based in Jersey, opened its first studio in Liverpool earlier this month and is looking to open next in Culver City, California – home of MGM Studios.
Available to hire by the hour, the premises will use Vizuality's wireless technology. The studios will combine the latest virtual and augmented reality technologies, offering various platforms for architects, educational and therapy uses, as well as more immersive gaming.
