Collas Crill has appointed two Associates, Daisy Bovingdon (pictured right) and Courtney Clelland, to its dispute resolution team in Jersey.
Daisy's practice focuses on commercial disputes involving issues of contract and trust law.
With a background in Scottish law, Daisy previously spent three and a half years with UK law firm Shepherd and Wedderburn in Glasgow and Edinburgh, where she specialised in funded litigation and gained experience in intellectual property and professional negligence disputes.
Her experience includes advising clients on cross-border issues, across the UK and internationally.
Courtney has a broad litigation practice, undertaking a wide range of civil and commercial matters, with an emphasis on banking/funds, trusts, insolvency and public law sectors.
Prior to joining Collas Crill, she worked at UK law firm Shoosmiths in Edinburgh, having trained and worked with Thompsons Scotland. She is a member of the Law Society of Scotland.
