Collas Crill has appointed David Walters as an Associate within its corporate and commercial team in Jersey.
David has a wide range of experience in advising fund managers, administrators and financial institutions, and has advised on the fund raises of international buyout funds, real estate funds and infrastructure funds from inception through to final close.
He also has experience advising investors on their investment into funds and advising sovereign wealth funds, family offices, foundations and fund of funds.
Prior to joining the firm, David worked as an Associate in the London office of US law firm Ropes & Gray.
